Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order ships. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2 to 5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on our website or the carrier’s site.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. tbghzlive is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. tbghzlive is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
