Recurring Payments
Eligible Services
Tbghzlive offers recurring payments for subscription services including extended warranty plans, battery replacement subscriptions, and auto‑replenishment of consumable accessories like charging cables or screen protectors.
Enrollment
To enroll, select the subscription option during checkout or go to “Billing” in your account after purchase. You will be asked to choose a payment method and frequency weekly or monthly.
Billing Schedule
Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged on the same day of each period. For weekly subscriptions, charges occur every 7 days. For monthly subscriptions, charges occur on the same calendar date.
Reminders
At least 3 days before each charge, we send an email reminder showing the upcoming amount and date. You can view all upcoming charges in your account dashboard.
Cancellation
You can cancel any recurring payment by logging into your account and clicking “Cancel Subscription” under Billing Settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately after the current paid period ends. No future charges will occur.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails due to insufficient funds or expired card, we will retry after 48 hours. After three failed attempts, the subscription is suspended. You can reactivate by updating your payment method.
