How to Earn Points
The Tbghzlive rewards program is free to join. Simply create an account and opt‑in under “Rewards” in your dashboard. Existing accounts can opt‑in at any time.
Earning on Purchases
For every US dollar spent on products excluding shipping and taxes, you earn 1 point. Points are credited after order completion, not at checkout. Returns deduct earned points.
Bonus Points Activities
You can earn extra points: 50 points for writing a product review with a photo, 20 points for sharing a product on social media, and 100 points for referring a friend who makes a first purchase of 25 USD or more.
Birthday Bonus
On your birthday month, you receive a one‑time bonus of 50 points. To qualify, add your birth date to your account profile at least 30 days before your birthday.
Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for discount codes. 500 points equals 5 USD off. 1000 points equals 10 USD off. Discount codes are generated instantly and can be used on any future order. Minimum redemption is 500 points.
Points Expiration
Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Any points not used within that period will be removed from your balance. You will receive an expiration reminder email 30 days before.
Program Changes
We may adjust earning rates, redemption values, or expiration rules with 30 days notice posted on our website. Current point balances are not affected until the effective date.
