Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at tbghzlive. If you are not entirely satisfied with your electronic product, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, downloadable software, and opened batteries are non-returnable. Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refund.

Shipping costs for returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective products

If your product arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
