Account Creation
To create a Tbghzlive account, click “Register” on our website. You will need an email address and a secure password. You may also register using Google or Apple sign‑in.
Account Features
Your account allows you to view order history, track shipments, save multiple shipping addresses, manage email subscriptions, and store payment methods for faster checkout.
Updating Information
You can change your name, email address, phone number, and password at any time under “Account Settings”. Changes to your email require re‑verification for security.
Address Book
Save up to 10 addresses including home, work, and gift recipients. During checkout, select any saved address with one click. You can edit or delete addresses anytime.
Password Security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Tbghzlive will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.
Forgot Password
Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email. The link expires in 60 minutes. After resetting, you will be logged out of all devices.
