Order History
Accessing Order History
After logging into your Tbghzlive account, click “Order History” in the dashboard menu. You will see a list of all orders placed in the last 24 months.
Order Details
Each order displays the order number, order date, total amount, payment status, shipping status, and tracking number. Click the order number to view full details.
Viewing Items
Inside each order, you can see the product name, quantity, unit price, and any applied discounts. If a product is eligible for reorder, a “Reorder” button appears.
Download Invoices
For warranty claims, tax returns, or record keeping, you can download a PDF invoice directly from the order detail page. Invoices are generated at the time of purchase and cannot be edited.
Tracking Shipments
Click the tracking number to see real‑time delivery status on the carrier’s website. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days.
Requesting Returns
For orders within the return window, a “Return Items” button is available. Select the items and reason for return. A return shipping label may be provided depending on the reason.
