Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes verification, packing, and label generation. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping. Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days for domestic orders. Expedited shipping takes 2 to 5 business days. International delivery takes 10 to 20 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on total package weight, dimensions, and destination. You can see the exact cost before completing your purchase. Free standard shipping is available for orders over 50 USD.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Track your package anytime. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Tbghzlive is not responsible for customs delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund after the claim is resolved.
Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Tbghzlive is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees apply for reshipment.
