How to Unsubscribe
Email Unsubscribe
To stop receiving marketing emails from Tbghzlive , scroll to the bottom of any promotional email and click the “Unsubscribe” link. You will be redirected to a confirmation page. Removal takes effect within 48 hours.
SMS Unsubscribe
If you receive text messages from us, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation reply. Your phone number will be removed from our SMS list immediately. No further texts will be sent.
Push Notifications
If you have enabled browser push notifications, you can disable them in your browser settings. For Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Notifications and block Tbghzlive.
Account Preferences
Log into your Tbghzlive account and go to “Notification Preferences”. Here you can individually toggle email types including newsletters, product alerts, and abandoned cart reminders. Uncheck the boxes you want to stop.
Transactional Messages
Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect transactional messages. You will still receive order confirmations, shipping updates, tracking numbers, warranty notices, and safety recall alerts.
